What is the Bigfix Franchise?

Bigfix collaborates with entrepreneurs to help them setup and operate modern multi brand retail outlets in any of the following categories: Electronic Devices like Mobilephones, Laptops, PCs, Printers, etc... Home Appliances like TV, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, etc… Electric Mobility like Vehicles, Charging Stations, Battery, etc…

What is Bigfix EXprs?

Bigfix EXprs is a service aggregation platform (Uber for Repair). We provide an opportunity to street corner devices, appliances and mobility shops to attach themselves to our platform and benefit from our vast domain knowledge in operating a care/ experience center. Partner agents can use our award winning Web & mobile app to enrol their agency to our platform and gain direct access to customers.

What is the training support provide by Bigfix?

We operate a training center in Chennai. We undertake NSDC affiliated training of various sector skills including TSSC, ESSCI, ASDC, NASCOM etc… Bigfix operates a E-Learning portal (www.bigacademy.in) for continuous improvements of technicians deployed through our platform.

Do you provide on-site training?

Yes, we can depute a trainer to your location for two weeks, The partner will have to bear the boarding and lodging expenses of the trainer.

What kind of staffing support is provided by bigfix?

Our placement division helps in identifying and employing resources, We offer free recruitment for the first batch of employees.

We identify suppliers from China and perform a through QC before sourcing materials. We also locally validate and source materials from suppliers across India.

How many franchise centers are operational?

We currently have 25 centers operational across India. We intend to scale up to 350 centers.

Do I have to be a technical person to run Bigfix franchise?

We encourage tech savvy entrepreneurs to take-up our franchise. We also expect 100% involvement and direct participation in day to day operations.

What is the typical size of the store?

We recommend 400-600 Sqft, capable of accommodating visitors, front desk, accessory display and repair & storage area.

Do You Operate A Model Store?

Yes, Bigfix operates a model ecare center in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. We expect our partners to visit our store and take a first hand impression.

What are the royalty charges?

Bigfix charges 8% on labour charges as royalty.

What is warranty on repair?

Bigfix has declared 100 days warranty on repairs to customers (subject to terms). We expect the partners to provide the same.

Will you route online business to partners?

Yes, Orders originating in your zone will be validated and routed to you. We will consider customer rating and reviews and decide on lead volumes.

Do you charge for lead generation?

We provide ?25000/- complementary credit on sign-up. ?100 will be debited against every successful case. We encourage partners to maintain a minimum credit balance of ?10000/- to receive leads.

Do we have to be GST compliant?

Yes, All transactions are with bills.

Is CCTV surveillance necessary?

Yes, all our repairs have to be performed under CCTV coverage. Partner is also obliged to share CCTV credentials with Bigfix for surveillance.

What type of branding support do you provide?

Our designers will help in designing the following marketing materials

Discovery Process - Bigfix E-care Franchise Opportunity

We follow a structured process for educating you about the Bigfix Ecare franchise opportunity, and for getting to know you. It's called the Bigfix Discovery Process and at the end of it, we'll both know if a Bigfix repair franchise is right for you. After completing our Franchise Information Request Form, we will email/ whatsapp you some additional information and then complete the following steps:

  • Program Review Phone Call

    A 30-60 minute "Get To Know You" phone call designed to establish your background and motivations for owning a Bigfix Franchise. We will provide you with the highlights of our industry and franchise, answer your immediate questions and explain our partner review process.


  • Profile Form

    Upon receipt of your completed Profile Form, We will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) To review, and set an appointment to answer your FDD questions.



  • Store Visit/ Audit

    We invite you to visit our Model Ecare Center in Chennai and encourage you to perform independent Due Diligence/ Research as part of the process. Please come to us with your thoughts and questions. We prefer partners who exhibit high degrees of enthusiasm, initiative and thoroughness throughout the process.

  • Validation Calls

    Once you have accumulated enough knowledge about our Franchise Opportunity, We will have you speak with current Franchise Owners directly and share thier experiences.


  • Territory Definition

    With your application shortlisted for selection, We will work with you to help you understand your business territory and potential.


  • Franchise Agreements

    If we offer you a Franchise and you accept, Our slection panel will perform a background check and assertain the information provided by you. On final approval a draft of your Franchise Agreements will be shared with you for execution.

  • Launch Timeline

    We will work with you to setup your ecare center based on defiend brand guidines and timeframe for launching a new franchice center.

  • Certification & Inaguration

    Our team will guide you to organise a grand inauguration ceremony, during the event you will be handed over your Franchise certificate.
